What is the worst thing that can happen when selling a house?

Yup! You've guessed it!!! We found a leak in the wall of our hallway bathroom. Luckily, our neighbor is a handyman and tore out the tiles...so carefully though we were able to reuse them and not spend too much money. Apparently the leak had been going for nearly a year or so. FABULOUS!!!! However, he has fixed it, let it dry out, replaced the tiles, re-grouted and today it will be sealed. Then the handles will be replaced and tomorrow our bathroom is up and running again!!!! I e-mailed our agent to warn him about the bathroom so he didn't schedule anyone to look at the house while we were down for repairs. I am just happy it is almost done!!!!
